    I'm ending my fast tonight so my "breakfast" will consist of 1436 calories of pure delicious -
    Pork chop, white rice and cream of mushroom soup "gravy"
    A shake consisting of chocolate soy milk, banana, strawberries, plain greek yogurt, and oat meal (not cooked)
    A Kiwi
    Peanut butter cup ice cream
    And Almonds!

    1436 calories, 223 carbs, 41 fat, 58 protein, and 1234 sodium

    2 Eggs, fried in a tiny bit of olive oil
    Multigrain Bread, 2 Slices
    Butter - Unsalted, 1 pat

    Cals: 530, 25g of protein

    Coffee and Splenda, one cup of mixed frozen berries, a serving of Marys Gone Crackers, 2 oz goat cheese, 2 hardboiled eggs and Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwhich. I usually have 2 turkey muffins, but ran out so I replaced it with the sandwich today :blushing:
