Oh, I wanna play:
Coffee and Splenda, one cup of mixed frozen berries, a serving of Marys Gone Crackers, 2 oz goat cheese, 2 hardboiled eggs and Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwhich. I usually have 2 turkey muffins, but ran out so I replaced it with the sandwich today :blushing:0 -
Meat balls + Ratatouille
Followed by greek yoghurt/fruit/mixed nuts + a cup of coffee.
Cal:522, protein 23gm (could do better on protein), carbs 40gm, fat 33gm.
I like to eat a lot early in the day!0 -
A Special K flatbread sandwich with Ham, egg and pepperjack cheese--230 cals.0

1/2 cup of steel cut oatmeal topped with a few strawberries, 2 slices of toasted ezekiel flax bread topped with almond butter and 2 boiled eggs. Washed down with 32ounces of water.

Two eggs, scrambled. One beef hot dog cut up in it. And a glass spiced green tea. I'm doing low carb. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.0
