    Three scrambled organic eggs with butter-sauteed onion, spinach, and green pepper. I also had an ounce of purple potato chips and coffee.

    2 egg whites cooked with onions seasoned with basil garlic, 2 pieces of watermelon, 1 cup orange juice non concentrated, 1 cup water before i eat and one cup during... :)

    This is soooo good. I came across it by accident. It fills me up totally til lunch. I add 8 ozs water rather than 6 ozs to extend and microwave it til it is the consistency I like. Most grocery stores carry at a very fair price. I love that it is a nice amount of protein also

    I made french toast with 2 slices of whole wheat bread, topped them with SF Mrs. Butterworth syrup and coconut flakes. It's delicious and under 250 calories!
