Post work out - every day:
8 oz Almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
mango/banana/papaya/berries (1 cup total of hatever I have)
2 cups chopped Kale
2 ice cubes
Then when I get to work I have greek yogurt & berries
The protien smoothin can be high in calories, but I just burned over 500 calories when I have it with my vitamens.0 -
Leftover fettuccini alfredo with grilled chicken and peas from dinner last night. It was wrong, so wrong.
Most days I have a smoothie made with a frozen banana, sliced frozen peaches, a container of plain Greek yogurt, a tablespoon of almond butter and some kind of sweetener (like Splenda, for the haters).0 -

2 pieces of turkey bacon
1 cup of spinach
1 keurig cup of coffee
2 TBSP of International Delight whatever you call it sugar free vanilla creamer

Great South Beach breakfast of turkey bacon, spinach with scrambled eggs and some red bean mash. Yummy, I am stuffed for the entire morning. Oh, and coffee, of course!

Smoothie - almond breeze, spinach, blueberries, peach, broccoli (tried something new today), ground flax seed and a little honey.
It was very filling and tasty. I can never taste the spinach in my smoothies, but I was trying to add more veg and I might have added too much broccoli.0 -
