    Day 1 Check!!! Did 50squats after running 5.25miles. Felt the burn!!

    My trainer told me to never do the same strength training two days in a row, so I did the squat challenge but added a day of rest in between each day. I have gotten up to 110 squats and my quads are nice and visible now (they definitely weren't before)! But good luck to all of you!

    Fell off after the first week last time, but I'm down to start again. Lets keep it up until the end of the month!

    I was told to just add squats to my rotation and to add weight instead of reps (not a whole lot, mind you). Do them until you feel the burn like you did after completing day 30!

    I would definitely be in! Does anyone know if the squats have to be completed one after another, or do you complete 50 squats in a day's time?

    I had the same question myself so I did some research. The squats can be broken up, which is a good thing otherwise most people would give up after 10 squats. There is no way someone who is not athletic can achieve 50 squats on day one, that is an unreachable goal! Just be sure to complete all the squats the chart states within a day's time.
