      So my main problem is loose skin. I don't have a lot now, but it looks like you lost a lot of yours. Advice? Add?

      Yeah we have to reach that point. For me, I just had an honest conversation with myself. I didn't believe it was possible. Almost as if I was scared to believe it was possible. As soon as I decided to change, I did. I had a vision in my head and became that.

      You're going to have some. Most of the "tricks" you find on the internet (slow weight loss, oils and creams, swimming, massage, etc) are gimmicks. Even if they had some effect, weight loss like ours is considered fairly extreme. Surgery is the only real option that will work for people like use who lose/are going to lose around 50% of their body weight.

      I wouldn't worry about it at all. Loose skin is 1,000,000x better than having it filled with fat.

      I started off at about the same weight you did and my goal is 135 so your photos hit home for me. Very inspirational! Thank you so much for sharing your story! I do have one question though, you're only about two years younger than me, so I'm wondering if you had any problems with a lot of excess skin? I'm worried about that honestly.
