Whether you join me or not...I'm finally going to do the 30 day Shred.

I'd love it if you could keep me honest!

40th is on July 15th so I really need to do this...not just for the physical results but to prove to myself I have the discipline and willpower mentally!

If you want to join me and add as a friend...that's awesome! If not, no worries. I can't delete this post so...I'm publicly committed.

    OK... day 1 complete. Dripping!!!!

    Notes...

    1) It's not like I haven't been working out, but it always surprises me how a NEW workout can really tax you. Our bodies truly do get used to things pretty quick.

    2) I look decent in clothes, but can't deal with myself in a bathing suit! I worked out in front of a mirror and let me just say, I won't miss all that jiggling!

    29 days to go.

    Day 1 is done. I have been working out 6 or 7 days a week and I was dripping when I finished today. Can't wait to see my results after 30 days

    I don't think there are rest days. Looks like you do each level for 10 days.

    i think its quite flexible - some ppl have a rest day after 10 days some ppl have a rest day after 2 days!!
    ive tried it before not done the programme properly! struggled with level 2 - too much jumping around which is hard in my 3rd floor flat!

    HOWEVER Im in!!! day 1 done this morning (im in uk!) xx

    yeah ok :) i did day one today ... it was ummm .... jumpy ( i HATE jumping jacks ) but im also a bonkers competitive nutjob , so i cant quit now! lol :)

    I'm in. I did mine this morning. I never make it past day 2 becaus I always wake up so dang sore on the morning of day 2 and say screw it. LOL So I've never completed it. Well my son will be 6 on the 30th so this will be an awesome gial for me to keep going. Add me if you want too.

    Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred...google it or search on the community here. TONS of people have done it. It's my first time :)

    Had a long day so far, but I'll be starting it after I have dinner! I interspersed it with Couch to 5k last year, and kinda fell off doing it, now I really want to finish it!

    I. On day 3 haven't done it yet but I'm hoping I can make it thru an entire session today. Lets see if I can get hubby to do it with me. See who can tough it out, that will keep me pushing thru hopefully.
