    I use to partake in this before I got pregnant. During my pregnancy I gained like 70lbs!!! Here is to starting again this month!

    I need some focus, too! I run at least 4-5 times a week. Haven't had as much time to do my strength training sessions, and strained my right arm last week. Will rest it a few days, and try to slowly get back into it.
