    I"m up to 110 now. I take a 5 second break every 25 at the moment...trying to push myself to wait until after 30 now.

    I'm doing mine as a single set. My thighs are absolutely killing me after day 2 though. Still, nice to know I have muscles to ache! :o)

    I managed to 'forget/miss" a few days so I'm restarting today - 50 were done after my 5K run

    I'm at 140 and I think this is great!!! I will continue on after 30 days and keep adding 5 squats a day after I'm done. Such a great workout for legs/butt!

    I started a few days ago but have a quick question. I know I should feel it in my thighs and glutes, but what about hips? I've got messed up hips from sports injuries so I don't know if I'm supposed to feel some strain on my IT band or if that's just my old lady hips screaming at me. Thoughts?
