    Lately I started a new job which is 44 hours a week and haven't been eating enough(and when I do actually eat it is Tim Hortons or pizza), or exercising enough - although I have been doing a 30 minute walk a day home from work, but I don't find it helps.

    I am also worried because I am moving to Korea in two months, and living by the ocean - I want to have a sexy beach body and I am worried about what the food will be like and if I will be able to keep track of Calories when everything is in Korean :P

    Any suggestions. Also walking to and from work today because it is so nice out and packed my lunch (tomato, lettuce, and hot peppers and butter on cracked wheat)! Yay!

    Well May was a total flop for me and I ended up gaining.... But i am not going to beat myself up (too much).

    How funny I set this goal up for myself today then this group! I'm in my current weight is 176 so I want to be 171 by the end of the month and my ultimate goal weight is 150!!

    I do my weigh-ins on Fridays as well, so I'll be posting a day early, if that's ok:
