    I'm 5'4. Current weight is 198, however when I started a Biggest Loser challenge with my co-workers at the end of April my weight was 211. I'm down 13 pounds. My ideal weight is 140. I have quite a bit to go but I am determined. :drinker:

    I am just under 5'5" and my starting weight was 215; current weight is 182; goal weight 140-145. Like others, when I get closer to the goal weight it will depend how I look and feel. I am 58 and have a large bone structure, so 140 is as low as I should go. Its about being a healthy weight and getting physically stronger to always be around to see my six grandkids grow up. :flowerforyou: :wink:

    I'm 5'4, according to every where I look, I should weigh no more than like 150lbs. I've never weighed that much even when I was at my skinniest. In high-school, I weighed about 170. My highest was 225.

    This time around, I started at 195 I think. I would like to get down to 175 and see how I feel, how I look, etc. Losing weight has been extremely hard since having my thyroid removed in 2011. So its been a slow process. Currently I'm 186.

    I know what you mean. I'm supposed to stay under 145 to not be classified as "overweight" but 140 is where my body likes to sit (5'4" ideal is 125 - I'd be skeletal). BMI's kind of a load anyway. Your body gets a say in the matter and as long as you're happy and no weight-related health problems, why aim for some number?

    The goal weight thing is sort of tentative. I have a smaller frame than most people I know, so I don't carry extra weight well. More than anything, my goal right now is just to get my BF% down, and hopefully get some rockin abs and get my triceps into existance!

    Well, i'm 5'3 and right now my long term go is between 135-140. I have to wait until i get near there and see how i feel. People are telling me that will be too small but I want to be healthy and comfortable with myself. For the first time in my life no one else opinion matters.

    I'm doing the same as you, i'm 5'3 and I take in 1200 calories a day and I walk for about 1 to 2 hours a day. The weight has been coming off!:flowerforyou:

    5'5". 60 yrs old, high 176 today 124. workout with weights and run pretty lean 21% bf. I am happy here use to think 140 was goal! Before I got muscles very compact help to burn more calories also.

    I'm 5'5'', currently around 140 lbs. My original goal weight was 130, but since I've gotten closer to that number, I think I'll be really truly satisfied and proud of my progress around 125 lbs. At my age and with my body type, I definitely think it can be done!

    I'm 5'4". My SW was 268, CW is 249, GW for December is as close to 170 as I can get. Long term GW is 145ish.

    I'm just shy of 5'3" and my current goal is 145. I know that's higher than the healthy weight for my height but I have really big boobs, that I've always had and I don't lose them when I lose weight. My highest weight was 198 and currently I'm at 168. Really my goal is to not have any belly bulges when I sit down and no jiggly upper arms or thighs : )

    I'm 5'5.5" and my goal is 160. Anything under that I start to look sickly. The way my body is built at 160 I was wearing a size 10/12 and I'm very comfortable in that. If I find I can lose more and look healthy at a lower weight great. If not I'll be 160 :) And I have A LONG way to go to get there... slowly but surely
