    I run late at night (11pm and onward) because I run with my dogs, and when you run with 4 dogs you cant use leashes well, so they're all off leash. I can't afford to worry about traffic.

    If his neighborhood is safe enough for that I think it's great and he's awesome for getting out there and getting his jog on. If I trusted people more and watched the news less I'd be one for going on night walks/runs. No sunlight, cooler temps, less humidity, less people to feel self conscious around.

    My friend's aunt lose 60 pounds going for night walks so yay night walks/jogs/runs

    It's over 110F here during the days this time of year. Combine that with my being a night owl...I walk at 3 a.m. :glasses:

    I personally think that is crazy, what do you think?

    I'm curious as to if the guy lives in Texas or somewhere in the South... then it makes perfect sense since it's almost the coolest part of the day.
