It would be amazing if I could at least get to 163 because that would be the lowest I've been in a couple of years. I've run/walked probably 15 miles this month. 6/16 - Gained .5 lb this week, lost 2.5 last week, not 1.5, for some reason I couldn't subtract last week, so down 2.0 so far. Just trying to stay positive this week!
6/8 - So far, so good! 1.5 lbs. lost - I'll be amazed if I actually lose 5 lbs. this month. I never lose weight - I've been between 137 - 140 for years! Posting my weight each week doesn't seem like much, but I was excited to step on the scale this morning. I'm feeling motivated so I'm just going to roll with it and keep on giving it my all this week! Good Luck everyone!

From June 1 to August 7th, I my goal is to lose 7-8 kilos (15.4 to 17.6 pounds total) before I go to London. Then while there, my goal is to NOT GAIN anything. I will carry on MFP program from my return August 12th.

Im in!! I have been struggling these last 8 months with my weightloss. May 16th of this year Marked my 1 year Anniversay on MFP and I am down 32lbs (from 212 lbs to 180 lbs). I anticipated reaching my goal weight of 160 by the end of January this year, but here I am 4 months passed that and 20lbs from goal. Hopefuly this challenge will give me the boost I need.
