    I already hit my goal weight for this month and I feel awesome!

    Weigh-in day will usually be on monday, as I'm used to doing it that way.

    Just for fun: I'm already running three times a week, so I'm going to try to keep that up!

    From June 1 to August 7th, I my goal is to lose 7-8 kilos (15.4 to 17.6 pounds total) before I go to London. Then while there, my goal is to NOT GAIN anything. I will carry on MFP program from my return August 12th.

    Lost 2.3 kilos, got about 4.5 - 5.5 kilos to go till August 7th. It's doable if I don't hit any stalls.

    Im in!! I have been struggling these last 8 months with my weightloss. May 16th of this year Marked my 1 year Anniversay on MFP and I am down 32lbs (from 212 lbs to 180 lbs). I anticipated reaching my goal weight of 160 by the end of January this year, but here I am 4 months passed that and 20lbs from goal. Hopefuly this challenge will give me the boost I need.     Cycled 34.8 miles and walked 1.1 miles for 35.9 total.

    No loss this week, not surprising considering the pretty unhealthy weekend food-wise plus the days off thanks to injury.

    Start weight in January 68 kilos.

    Original goal 58 kilos. I reached my goal and feel great. Just keeping it going!

    Current weight: 57.3

    Total lost 10.7 kilos.

    Goal for June 57 kilos.

    Yay! I did it! I'm also halfway through the C25K program (though today was weird, my legs actually gave out and I had to stop for a few seconds :/).     My nephew gets married on the 22nd and I want my tummy region to be firmer!!!
