Definitely pizza for me, I eat it at least once a week! :ohwell:
Chocolate is a close second though, I find it really difficult to resist chocolate, and usually can't.
My lack of energy is also a hindrance, makes it a lot harder for me to motivate myself to exercise.0 -

Wine- I wish I could drink just one glass but this leads to 2-4 and then a binge!!! I am re-committing to being honest with myself on MFP and getting the 3 lbs I gained off!!!
This is me except for some odd reason when I drink wine the next day my scale goes down, I drank a whole bottle the other night and knew I had went way over and my scale put me back at my goal weight.0 -
