Great job! But what are you doing for 90 minutes a day?? I can usually do several muscle groups x 6 sets in about 40.

    so like for today:

i do alot of high weight lose rep (but lots of sets). so like I'll do 1 arm curls w a bench bar w\weight on it @ 85lb reps but i can only do that once, but i can do it like 6 sets worth, and then i'll drop to 75, then 70, then 65 and keep doing that...so i do like 10-15 sets of items. then i'd do chin ups for a while, sets til i can't do one, then similar approach to rows, pull ups, dead lift, do more curls (at first i curl a bench bar w\weight on it, then later i do dumbbell curls). Then there's another lat pull down machine i'll do some resp on that. then alternate in hammer curls and decline curls.

Oh my word! You don't even look like the same person. Really.

I am excited to see your pics. I think my 12 year old is headed right where your stats are. He's only 150 right now, but hasn't gotten to puberty yet. He's expected to be about 6'2", and he's built a LOT like you look in your before photo. I know he can look as good as you do now.

when i was 13 i was like 5'7/5'8 and 185, and that summer going into highschool i really focused on my cardio and was like 5'10/5'11 153 as a freshman. You should make sure he stays up on his cardio, i know my life being overweight in junior high vs my life in highschool as skinny/fit was a significant difference, it was such a better experience in every aspect.
