Tony Caschere's, garlic, butter, balsamic vinegar and Crystal hot sauce. Although, with all the rave reviews, I might have to give Sriracha a try!

I make my own, mixing salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and a bit of mustard powder depending on what I'm putting it on... other wise for meat I find a bunch of different low calorie dressings or sauces to put on it!! It's fun trying new and different seasonings.:glasses:

ever since i started cooking my favorite seasoning to use in recipes is Johnny's seasoning salt. Its magic in a bottle. lol. it says that on the bottle too. ha. Other than that ive been using alot of cajun seasoning lately and cayenne pepper.
  • I use Mrs Dash on almost anything. There are a ton of different flavor options (my favorites are Garlic and Herb and Chipotle Lime) and they're all salt free, which is definitely a plus. Sriracha is awesome in Asian/Mexican type dishes, but I also use Frank's Hot Sauce, which has a good flavor for other types of dishes like scrambled eggs, etc. For sweet stuff, I only use stevia because it's all natural, and a lot of cinnamon!

I love lots of spices but most meals have chilli in. Cajun, Jerk, Creole, Madras and Baharat are seasoning mixes are regular sprinkled on Chicken or lean pork steaks. I can do low cal only if it has lots of flavour!

Can you live without spice? I can't. I too have a cabinet full and a garden full.

Anything spicy (we mix 5 spices together for our London broil; and another combo for our Jerk Pork Tenderloin)
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Anything that adds bold flavors.

Just started using shallots; what an amazing flavor enhancer.

This week it's balsamic glaze poured over everything. I did not need to know how easy it was to make. Next week it will probably be basil, because that's my favorite thing in the herb garden.

Since I've gone low sodium I love Spike Gourmet Natural Seasoning. Great on everything, meats, veggies, sandwiches and if you put it on a salad with a T. of plain no-fat Greek yogurt it makes a nice dressing. It has nutritional yeast in it too so it's a little richer.

Impossible for me to answer...I don't have a spice rack, I have a spice cabinet at home. Like a regular cabinet that you would put bowls or glasses in or whatever...and it's busting at the seems with spices, hot sauces, herbs, and all kinds of exotic yumminess.

I am the same way. I have a cabinet filled with spices, herbs, and seasonings at home. Some favorites are garlic, basil (especially fresh basil), chili powder, Mrs. Dash extra spicy, and cracked black pepper. For sweets I love pure vanilla extract and cinnamon. I am also a big fan of salsa, hot sauce, honey mustard, and barbecue sauce.
  • I am a garlic powder user. Heard from Dr. Oz it's suppose to be good for you and it does make food taste better.
