10 minute jump rope Challenge - July

I have read that jump roping is great for toning, so I thought I would start a challenge for all who want to jump more in July!
Pick a goal and jump in!
Bronze: 10 minutes 3 times a week
Silver: 10 minutes 5 x a week
Gold: 10 minutes 5 x a week and 5 minutes 2 x week
Ruby: 10 minutes 7 x a week
