Wow! I saw the first thread and I'm just in awe!! Very very inspiring!! Those that posted pictures, what a transformation!! How do u knw when to increase the weights?

This is some amazing work you all have done. Very inspirational. I'm working on stage 1 of NROL4W. I had started stage 2, but stopped for 3 weeks due to an unrelated wrist pain. I decided to re-start with stage 1. We'll see what happens0
