i have no idea what do you guys call it. veggie spring rolls? we call them popiah. has cooked jicama, cucumber, occasionally fried eggs, and chilli and sweet sauce. :P

Filipino Adobo Chicken with Korean Mixed Grain Rice for lunch.
Also made a side salad with spinach , tomato, and cucumbers with homemade Basil Vinagrette!

Ok I figured it out, that chicken salad is made with fat free sour cream, hot sauce, red cabbage and chicken! Thanks for telling me I was posting wrong, I didn't mean to add the photobucket links. Total Noob.0

asian pho noodles with cucumber, 1 can of mild indian curry tuna and cilantro and chicken

Dinner: Tapas! Salmon, duck, stuffed mushrooms, shrimps, and squid tapas. Delicious!

Wednesday - Zucchini pasta & garden salad!
Thursday - Chicken burger, sweet potato fries & asparagus!
Friday - 3 egg omelet w/ bell peppers, tomatoes, spinach, asparagus & cheese!
Snack for the week - Fresh local Cherries!

I haven't posted much recently. Eating a lot of the same meals and trying to find balance, so nothing really worth show-and-telling.
Tonight we had steak, corn and asparagus on the grill with a side of fresh salsa. Snapped a shot just to show something!

peach cobbler pancakes with vanilla bean whipped cream (unfortunately the kitchen was warm this morning and my whipped cream didn't want to come together - ended up over beating it just a tad.)
