    I'm 5'4" and a mummy and I've been fat since I was 7 or 8 - so there's hope for everyone!!

You look amazing. My body looks very similar to your before and I am greatly encouraged by your success. Thanks for sharing!

I am bumping this up because you ladies are my inspiration. My lower belly pooch is my problem area. I have come along way, but am not quite happy yet. Here are some pics:

Day I delivered my twins at 182lbs:

    9277034274_1eed8f728a.jpg

Day I got serious about losing weight at 156lbs:

    Most recent pic at 126lbs:

I have since gained back 2-3lbs, but I am back on MFP and working on getting my belly flat. My goal weight is 120lbs, which is what I was before getting pregnant with the twins.

    Bump.

This is SO inspiring. And some of you have had more than 1 child! I haven't even had kids yet but I look like I have. Makes me a little afraid of how I'll blow up when/if I ever do have them. On the other hand, also makes me more motivated to get my butt in gear BEFORE all that happens.

I lost 42lbs then fell off the wagon because I got complacent and managed to gain 16lbs back on. But this last week I have been back on it and I am so inspired by all you ladies!

I'm going to take some pictures tomorrow and keep track and use this thread for motivation. maybe one day I will be posting on here too.

Here is my before and after. The before was actually after losing a little, so I was 179 and not 185. The after was a couple weeks ago and about 157. I am 155 now.

Not gone (I still have SOO far to go!!), but shrinking -- I feel hopeful! This has been over 3 months.

I was mortified at what my lower abdomen looked like after having my daughter. The first 2 months of good weight loss didn't seem to touch my tummy, but then the third month showed a noticeable difference to me.

I love this! The before shows fear in your eyes, the after shows a more confident person!!! Great job! Keep it up!

    I'm 5'5.5". I ate 1500+ a day, ran/did Zumba 3 days a week, and lifted heavy 3 days a week.

    Before, ~130

    After, 120

    I'm 5' 3.5", 39 years old.

February 19, 2013, 5 months after deliver of baby #3, and the day I joined the gym. ~145lbs.

July 8, 2013. ~122 lbs There's a 5.5" difference in my waist measurement between the first set of pics and this one. My hip/belly is now what my waist was five months ago. Still work to do, but it's better and I'll take it!
