    wow, just read the whole 19 pages!!!! amazing job everyone!! sure makes you want to keep moving and eating healthy after seeing all these amazing pictures!! just so awesome :) i will post my before and after picture if i can get it working :)

    finally got it to work ! i have lost 33kg, my focus over the last 3-4 months has been lifting heavy weights, i only do cardio 2 times a week now the rest is lifting :) will see if i can find a newer picture since lifting :)

    From 5'7 and 360 to 240... and I have lost an additional 20 pounds since the "after" photo was taken! Feeling amazing and healthy and HOT! Over 135 pounds lost and about 70 to go!
