I try to go to the gym 4x a week. And do some home workouts.
I've stopped soda almost completely for a few weeks. Maybe 1 a week now !!!

Feel free to add me too. Can always use friends! I like to comment and give lots of support (I'm so addicted to MFP) and have met some wonderful people on here, hoping you do too. I was absolutely sedentary and have tried EVERY diet I believe ever has been created to lose weight. I love to laugh, have fun and be positive, I also occasionally swear, or make sarcastic comments. No worries if that isn't your thing.
On May 15th of this year I had Lapband Surgery. I am eating about 1700 calories a day and as much protein as I can manage. I'm also weight training 3 times a week with a personal trainer and doing aerobic intervals on the other 4 days of the week. I also had a Body Composition Analysis done which changed my goal weight from 159 up to 180. Apparently, my lean muscle mass is 157.1 lbs so 159 was a little unrealistic!!
