Hope you're all having a great day and good job to everyone - what great results!
Had my weigh in today and I'm down to 180.5. My weight last Monday was 183.2 so I'm delighted! All the support and encouragement on here is paying off!
Hope all you lovely ladies Stateside are enjoying your long weekend. Think of us Brits having to go to work today (although I managed to get away with working at home this afternoon which was lovely)! That being said it means you end up working later!

Hey all my gorgeous ladies.
Well my weight is up slightly, to 169.5lb, but I completely know why.
Firstly it was on a different scale, so I might weigh in again tomorrow to make sure once I'm back at my place.
Secondly, I completely over-ate after my race on Sunday!! I completed the 10Km in 1hr 2mins 33 secs which I was really pleased with!! I was aiming for 1hr 10mins so I ran my *kitten* off and I was really happy to finish!! And then I congratulated myself a little too much with some meals after!
Congratulations to all you lovelies who lost this week, you've done amazingly!! Keep up all the good work, and stay fabulous

I'm weighing in at 143.5 today, down 2.5 lbs since last week!
AND, I finally got motivated enough to do the Jillian Michael's Shape Up video today. I gotta admit it was tough to get through, but now I feel totally energized, and I can't wait to be in pain tomorrow (I loooove the feeling of sore muscles from working out.....is that weird?)

Hi Girls, although I am not ready to be on the lose weight track due to 18 weeks along in my pregnancy, I don't see why I can't feel like a sexy pin-up girl with my pertruding and expanding belly. Last Wednesday I decided to make a commitment to stay active during my pregnancy, so far I am on the right track with doing a little activity even if 15 minutes of yoga. I am here to be supportive of you all as I go on this prenatal fitness journey. I will be gaining as you all are losing, I'm ok with that.0

Hello to all you beautiful Ladies, I see everyone is doing pretty well. Congrats to all of you and keep up the good work!! I am pleased to say that I hopped on the scale again this morning and I was down 3 pounds! So I am now down a total of 6 and hopefully still counting down so that I can reach my goal of loosing all of my weight. I am now 179.8 :drinker:
