What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? Time! I'm working overtime now, so doing 50+ hours a week of work, plus studying, plus just living my life adds up, but now that I've been working out 5 days a week I get antsy if I don't go to the gym, so it's nice to see that it's having a positive affect on my outlook.0 -

My busy life! I have an hour commute to and from work, love to workout, and my two young boys are super busy, so we eat out waaaay too much. And because I work out, I starting thinking I could add the sugars/potatoes back in. Now I'm up over 10 lbs from my lowest.0 -
Biggest roadblock: Being an emotional eater.

to Nycespyder - I have considered moving this to the groups section, but this one catches so many people that have never been a part of a challenge before that I decided to leave it here. A lot of the other ones are closed groups with specific guidelines to follow and I wanted to keep a nice easy one going.0
