    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? Drinking/wanting to be social and having trouble saying no to alcohol when everyone is drinking. Drinking almost always leads to overeating and I always feel like it undoes the hard work I put in during the week.

    Roadblock= life! everytime i lose a couple pounds, I immediately gain it during a stressful day

    What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight?
    I can't stick with it. I love carbs too much. And I'm always hungry. A piece of bread's going to last me longer than a carrot, so...practical minded me goes for the bread.

My husband always eating candy, sugar, soda, and anything sweet under the sun!! gahh lol, plus our schedules trying to find different ways to work out or go to the gym to where my husband and I will sync and I wont be tired from working overnights (getting used to it again)

    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? I tend to work long hours and by the time I get home I don't have a desire to do any physical activity. I'm trying to change this and do a workout before work, when I have more energy. I also tend to snack without paying attention. I'll be on the phone with someone and eating without thinking. I'm trying to be more conscious of this because I know it adds up throughout the day.

    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight?
    1)Beer is my vice. My mindset has improved through my MFP journey so far, from wanting to have a few every night to drinking only once in a while. [I used to drink pretty much every day; hence my weight gain]. Now I don't crave beer as much. However, when I do meet up with friends for drinks, I cannot stop at 2 or 3 cans. I love to swig it down like there's no tomorrow. Hence, the need to avoid alcohol most times & making sure that I leave enough calories to cover my huge beer intake when I do plan to have a night on the town with my friends.
    2)I need lots of motivation to exercise! Major work in progress for me. There's lots of room for improvement.

    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? My two biggest road blocks to losing weight are alcohol and no motivation to work out. The only time I really have to work out is in the morning and I am not a morning person. I also drink a couple times a week and I always end up drinking too much and then I feel awful the next day which leaves me depressed and exhausted.

    What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? 1) Not feeling like exercising (and then I don't); 2) Too many meals where I have to guess at the calories, like potlucks and restaurant meals.

    I would LOVE to get to 145 by the end of August, and do my second 5K in September. I've gotten into the 140s before, but found it hard to maintain. Trying again!
