Drinking water actually causes me to binge on water, and I go through several pairs of underwear a week. So it doesn't work for me. Everybody's different :flowerforyou:
Just eat more salt.
But won't she gain back the weight? This diet thing is SO HARD!
Well, there's your problem! You should be lifestyling, not dieting.
Gosh, now we have to LIFESTYLE??
I'm already part of two lifestyles and now I have to add another? I can't balance it all!0 -

Now you're saying I have to learn to juggle?
Can I add this to my exercise calories at least?1 -

Absolutely, especially if you jiggle while you juggle :flowerforyou:0 -
I just started this yesterday. I have had a gallon a day for two days now. Yes I pee all of the time. I know it's a gross questions, but did you notice changes in your digestive system?
Thanks for the post!0 -

In my experience, most of the time you can't have both.0 -

For all the people saying I'll die drinking too much water, how much water is TOO much water? Is there a food/water ratio I should be aiming for? What if I drink beer AND water and eat a slim jim?
****
...now I want a slim jim.
Hi...
....my name's Jim.
While not exactly what I had in mind, Hi Jim0 -

I actually agree with her. The person that posted "...ok" contributed absolutely nothing to discussion. She was simply pointing out that comments like that are counterproductive and rude. If you have a problem with that, you don't need to post here, either.0

Hydration is key, though I don't believe it's the magical formula to weight loss. Water is important for your general well being rather than losing more weight.
Also, I never knew "ok" was such an offensive term.
Maybe I'm not sensitive enough for mfp...0 -

Uh, how? OP took time out of her day to make this post, someone responded with a comment that contributed nothing to discussion, she told him comments like those aren't productive, and cmcollins001 defended him for posting one word as a response. I really don't see how pointing out the lack of genuine and meaningful contribution is rude. If that of all things offends you, then I'm sorry but you probably shouldn't be on the internet.0 -

I meant to quote cmcollins001, but I can't seem to go back and quote him, so it looks like I'm replying to OP.0 -
