WOW YOU LOOK BUFF!! I'm proper stuck trying to lose the last bits of weight and build it into anything remotely like muscle. Any hints or tips?? If I could look anything like this in the next few years I would be a VERY happy guy!! hahaaaaa!!!

I love all these success stories! Great job everyone. I've been at it for 12 months now (10 months on regular programs and dialed in nutrition). Started at 225lbs in August of last year and I've been at 175 now for last several months which is good since I didn't want to drop below 175. Ideally I'd like to gain some LBM and reach 185 and maintain.

Here's a before and current: Before, guesstimating 280 pounds (my "official" starting weight was 270 because that's when I'd gotten an actual number, but I know I was higher in this before pic). This current: 168 pounds. I should make another; I'm another 10 pounds down and have been regularly strength training now!

Went from a size 26 in pants and 4x in shirts to a size 6 in pants and medium in shirts (though a pair of size 4 zipped and I bought a size small dress recently!)

Thanks very much. I did two consecutive rounds of P90X, and followed the diet plan. Ab Ripper X would probably be the biggest reason for my results in the ab department in terms of exercise...but, like everyone says, abs are made in the kitchen.
