Checking in for the week. I was 169 for one day and then it went back up to 170 yet again. I had a hard week, eating out alot so I'm happy I didn't gain weight . Hopefully this week will be better. I work at Starbucks and trying to limit my drinks, its hard when there all free. Welcome newbies and congrats to those who lost weight this week.

A little late, but I'd like to join. I'm horrible at mini goals and it gets me frustrated. I've also been kind of stuck in 140 land for the majority of September and I'd love to just get to 130 by New Years. Maybe this kind of thing is what I need. So I weighed tonight but I'll put it as tomorrow to keep the same template as everyone else!

Good evening everyone! I have been MIA this weekend b/c I was so busy but I wanted everyone to know that I was still able to complete a workout both days. Saturday I completed the Burn It Off workout from the Chalean Extreme program. Since Sunday's are my designated rest day I kept it light w/30 minutes of Yoga and 30 minutes of stretching. Although I didn't actually put in the dvds I used the moves from the P90X stretching and Chalean Extreme Recharge dvds. It felt so good to do all the stretching.0

Welcome to all the Newbies and WTG on everyone with your weight loss this week. For those who didn't lose, just think of the week you'll have this time! I know you'll all rock it out. This weekend went well for me...I got in the workouts I wanted and I'm tired so that's gotta be a good sign. WI day is tomorrow so i'm excited how the week panned out.
I'm trying to keep in mind that I'm not on a diet, that I'm changing my lifestyle into something healthier. I find when I get all excited about losing weight I become obsessed with what I eat and what I can't eat and eventually I end up falling off the wagon and have a binge. I'm just afraid if I'm think carefully about what I eat that I'll get burned out quickly and give in.
I pray that that doesn't happen.0 -

Good morning everyone! Ok 1lb. I'll take it. Saturday wasn't such a good eating day. Had the munchies and couldn't control it to good. Sunday was good even exercised alittle extra. Joined another challenge too. The SWat Team walking challenge. I've been in it before but had to take a month and a half off because of a ruptured appendex. If anyone else is interested just ask me or search for SWat Team. We just started our 3rd month today. Its never to late to join either.

Great job on the weigh ins this morning. Those of you that are disappointed hang in there ok. Not all weeks are the same. I've had plenty of ups and downs and staying the same since I've started. It usually takes an adjustment in eating or exercise.
