    Just for fun: What is your biggest roadblock to losing weight? alcohol...especially during the summer. I am only trying to drink on the weekends, and am trying to learn new "skinny" drink recipes.

    Total weight lost: 0. I gain some weight again, I really have to get back on track. I have a hard time dealing with stress I'm an emotional eater and I have to work really hard on that. :-(

    My biggest roadblock is the weekend. Im always out with friends drinking and eating out a lot. Also Recent lack of motivation to exercise

    Sugar,Salt,Processed Foods,Junk Foods & Fast Foods & also the tiresome and pain in exercise :(
