      Wow what a great journey you have taken! I hope one day I can also have a great story to tell about my journey to lose weight. I feel so inspired not to give up after reading it, I also was 200 when I started I am currently 172 and can't seem to fight past it. I am going to try the couch to 5K as you mentioned, again thank you so much for sharing it gives me hope
