WAY TO GO!!!!! What an awesome attitude! I sure am glad I checked the forums today. And you were beautiful, even at your heaviest, but you can sure see the happiness shining through in your after photos. I look forward to seeing your next update. I know with an attitude like yours, you are going all the way!

Congratulations on an amazing achievement. I have a good friend who suffers terribly with Menieres and I know what an incapacitating illness it can be - so it's really impressive that you've managed to do this despite the dizzies as you call them.

Some of you here on MFP know my story and some do not. I don’t want to make this long but After 8 months of working my tail off, 1 month of The Ultimate Reset and 6 weeks of recouping a knee surgery I have lost about 111 lbs. If you would have asked me last year at this time if that was possible, I may have told you that you were nuts. Last November I started my weight loss journey… again. But this time I started and I didn’t quit. I weighed 380 lbs. and there was a time where I could say I was probably at about 400. I have a long ways to go but I started… and I didn’t quit. I had many bumps in my road. I have Menieres Disease which if you know what it is, it isn’t pleasant. Spells of vertigo, the dizzies as I call them, nausea, not being balanced and falling over and deafness. It was a prime reason I fell into depression and I didn’t know if I could ever come back from it. Was it an excuse? At the time yes, everything was an excuse. But I woke up last November, tired of not living life, and just existing, tired of being in pain and tired of looking in the mirror at a person I didn’t know.
So if you feel that you are so big there is no way you can do this without surgery etc… There is, you just got to start and you just have to keep going. Don’t quit when its hard, don’t quit when you feel like its too much, DON’T QUIT when people tell you that you cant do it. BECAUSE you have a WILL deep inside of you that is BIGGER and BETTER than the excuses you have told yourself for so long….
Here is a little peep into my journey 

You're inspiring and you look great! All your progress pictures are amazing but my favorite one is the one where you wore the same top. I absolutely love when people wear the same clothes in their before and after photos, it really shows how the body drastically changes. It's amazing how the top was very tight on you and now it hangs on you like a lovely dress.

You have done an awesome job! My sister has Meniere's, and I know how difficult it was for her--add on the fact that you are exercising and loosing weight! WOW! I Think I may have it also, but instead of being evaluated, the Dr. just sent me out a prescription for my episodes. My balance is poor and I look like a drunk on the treadmill!

First, if there is ONE SOLID piece of advice I can give you and anyone its Don't quit! The Ultimate reset is amazing, it basically resets your body with supplements and clean eating for 21 days. It felt fantastic. You can message me for my details if you like. So glad you aren't quitting :)

Yikes! I hope that you get evaluated at some point to make sure. I feel for your sister as I know how awful it can be. I do hope you get relief from whatever it is you are dealing with as well. Its an ongoing daily battle but as they say, what doesn't kill us, only makes us stronger :)

My dad has Menieres Disease, so I have an idea of what you have to struggle with on a daily basis. But for you to kick butt like you did on top of the ailments is such a great thing to achieve! In my book, you went above and beyond any expectations a person could have for fitness. People with Minieres have a very high risk of suicide. I'm so glad you worked through it and changed your life for the better! Brilliant results!

Thank you for sharing your progress with us! You are such an inspiration and I can't wait to hear about when you hit your goal. I needed to hear what you had to say, because I have recently had the same epiphany... that I can't quit. This go around that is where my focus is...trying not to use a bad day as an excuse to throw in the towel.
