    Self-Challenge: Should be up to week 4 of C25K, so I want to stick with that!!!!

    I'll join you in being accountable. It is always better to lose weight with others that are motivated. I weigh 156 lbs. I want to be down to 148 by October1st. I haven't done formal exercise since Spring, just landscaping and such. I need to get back to walking every day so I'm adding that to my goals for the month.

    My final goal is 140 lbs. Why is it so hard to lose those last few pounds?!

    Goal: Yoga at least 5 days a week. Want to be fit and flexible! Also to fit into my old jeans again, haven't worn them for 2 years.

    I want in on this, too! I was planning to do it on my own, but a group is much better. I've been so busy this summer that it has been hard to stay on track, and a few pounds have crept back on.... SO

    I'd like to join too!
    I have no idea how much I weigh but my clothes are tight from a summer of eating and drinking! I am guessing somewhere in the 120's. I want to be able to fit in my clothes comfortably again. For me this ideal weight would be around 118, so guess I need to lose about 5-8 lbs. I need some motivation.

    Goal weight for end of September: 160lb (I am only planning to lose this slowly!) my eventual aim is 140lb but I'm in it for the long haul this time.....
    Challenge: DRINK WATER (some at least I am soooooooo rubbish at this).

    I WILL login to MFP each day; work out 4-5 times a week doing cardio; and at least 3x a week strength.

    I would like to fit back into my clothes comfortably as I refuse to buy new clothes because of where I have put myself.

    I'm 31yr old mother of 2 kids (4yrs and 2yrs). recently lost some blubber and am lighter than have even been in my adult life but want to be in totally mega shape by Christmas. Signed up for awesome online personal training but always need encouragement to bust it out and also massively love helping others reach their goals!!!
