      That is awesome. Good on you! My best friend is a bit over halfway through the same journey, but never really talks about how he felt at his biggest. He was up to abuot 450 and is down almost 200 pounds now.

      This is so amazing and here I am mopping about shifting 25 pounds and yet u had to go through painstaking 500+ . I am so amazed and proud that u managed to lose all that weight. well done sir you look magnificent.

      I love your story, I love your honesty and openness about being hatefully overweight and stuck shopping where no one wants to be, I love your progress and your emotional journey that you shared. You are a rare gem, and I applaud you for fixing yourself rather than continue wallowing in the same rut of self pity.
