This last week has been rough. Wedding, company event, and a day in Amsterdam...Lots of food. I logged everything as best as I could, and know I would have lost more if it hadn't been for the bad days....still, I'm happy with the little bit of loss that I had. :-)

I am battling for a while guys. I can be so good for a month, and if I go out on a night out and cant get bang in to the swing of it motivation leaves me , or if I have a treat one day I say oh I have that today be good tomorrow and that never happens . I know what I should be eating but I get sick of the same foods all the time . Summer is gone now and I really want my weight to be what I want.0 -
I would love to lose 5 pounds this month!

My continual struggles are getting enough exercise throughout the week, calming my cravings for sugar/ salt and eating when I'm not even truly hungry :-/ I need to make myself more of a priority. Does this sound familiar?0 -

9/6 I weighed 121 this morning... I'm actually really shocked I was able to get back to "MAINTAIN" weight after Labor Day weekend. Eek!!!! I gotta step it up! wedding in 3 months.
