I am battling for a while guys. I can be so good for a month, and if I go out on a night out and cant get bang in to the swing of it motivation leaves me, or if I have a treat one day I say oh I have that today be good tomorrow and that never happens . I know what I should be eating but I get sick of the same foods all the time . Summer is gone now and I really want my weight to be what I want.
