    Starting weight for this month is 125. I would like to lose 3lbs this month. I am really slowing down the closer I get to my ultimate goal of 120.

    9/6 I weighed 121 this morning... I'm actually really shocked I was able to get back to "MAINTAIN" weight after Labor Day weekend. Eek!!!! I gotta step it up! wedding in 3 months.

    9/13 - 121 again :( I gotta work hard next week! I hit the 100 day mark! My dress comes in this month!!

    9/20 120!!!! - Oh, and my dress came in, it's BIG on me!

    9/27 I got down to 119... and then "United Way" week happened at school, and I overindulged. 120.. but, I'll be back soon!

    I'm in! I started going to the gym (again) on the 12th of September. I do 40 minutes of cardio and 1 hour of strength training 4-5x a week (alternating upper and lower body). I also changed my hflc way of eating to just counting calories (but eating healthy, whole foods while still somewhat watching carbs). I'm trying to keep to 1100 calories/day for the first few weeks, then stay at around 1200. I can't believe I've lost 13 pounds so far. On Jan 1 of this year I quit smoking (cold turkey) after 29 years - and then put on 38 pounds. Now I'm ready to get that off plus 50 more!

    So far my favorite fall exercise is the treadmill - which I have always hated! My first week at the gym (3 weeks ago) I would walk for 10 minutes at 3mph and want to die. By the end of that week I could do 20 minutes. Then 30 minutes the following week and now I'm up to 40 minutes on the treadmill! My goal is 60 minutes. (I tried breaking up my cardio with other machines, but I don't like anything else yet - maybe one day).

    I don't think I'll get to the 5lbs, but I'm happy with 4, that's about a pound a week in average, and at this stage that's what I'm looking for :) we'll see on the 30th ^^

    OK so I don't know if it's water weight or something but I recently switched from 1250 cals to TDEE -20% (so I eat around 300cals more per day) and I "put on" 2 lbs in a week...

    Barely made 5 lbs.....I am hoping this is due to nearing my goal weight and I think I may have to get used to a pound a week if I'm lucky for next month...but a loss is a loss I guess so I should be happy but my goal had been 149 which did not happen.
