    this actually makes a ton of sense....
    lotion is typically a moisturizer....thereby keeping your skin hydrated...

    drop the lotion and drop the water weight!

    you'll shrivel up and look like the crypt keeper, but SFW!!! at least you lost the weight!

    what if you use Johnson & Johnson's Baby Lotion? That has to be okay right, I mean - otherwise it would really interfere with babies feeding schedules and hunger and stuff right? I think Im safe. I might actually be shrinking.

    So how many calories are in 4oz of body lotion? I can't find it on the food database. I'm cutting out alcohol for October, may as well cut back my nightly shot glass of Body Shop moisturizer.
