I'm about to have coffee, cottage cheese with honey (and maybe diced plums; I haven't decided on that yet), and half an English muffin with PB2. It's not my usual, but today's grocery day and pickings are slim!0

My go-to egg taco. This morning I made it with a small flour tortilla, egg cooked in canola with white onion and red pepper, and a tiny bit of Hidden Valley southwest chipotle dressing. So good.

My homemade "breakfast in a won-ton". This week I made them with eggs, breakfast sausage and mozzarella cheese. Fantastic if you're in a hurry and need to pack breakfast and eat them at work Washed them down with a big 16oz glass of water and some blueberry pomegranate white tea.0
