    WOW.. thank is so encouraging. I have gone on weight loss progams before.. didnt stick with it and now my thyroid isn't working correctly. But I started again but a little differently. I'm judt trying to eat healtier. Limit my sugars.. You have come so far and I know you will reach your goal.

    Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the feedback. I think it's worth a little celebration meal tomorrow with my little terrors ;-) and dear wife (she's obviously way to good for me as she's put up with me disappearing for hours each evening as I've been on this journey).

    Ive also started picking up some heavier weights with plenty of reps (as suggested here), wow. I even tried 50kg squats, yikes, did I really carry that much extra weight !!?! I couldn't quite believe it.
