I think I'll have to look at what I'm eating now and try to cut fatty foods out. Or maybe this is due to my body retaining water as I've just started a new gym routine?

I'm going to try to lose 5 but I have doubts....this worked great for me over several months but as I'm in my "home stretch" my loss has slowed down to about a pound a week and I wonder if I'm able to lose 5 lbs in a month but I will try!0 -

Yup! I managed to actually gain 4 pounds.... no problem, though. I had a busy week with almost no exercise and ate out alot.
plus, i just got some new orthotic shoe inserts, which make it soooo much easier to run, which i hadn't been doing because of a mild case of pf in my right foot.
so.... all excuses on the table... i'm in!
