 I'm going to try to lose 5 but I have doubts....this worked great for me over several months but as I'm in my "home stretch" my loss has slowed down to about a pound a week and I wonder if I'm able to lose 5 lbs in a month but I will try! 0 0

            Yup! I managed to actually gain 4 pounds.... no problem, though. I had a busy week with almost no exercise and ate out alot.
 plus, i just got some new orthotic shoe inserts, which make it soooo much easier to run, which i hadn't been doing because of a mild case of pf in my right foot.
 so.... all excuses on the table... i'm in!
