Down 1.1 lbs! I don't know if I'm going to make my goal of being 145 by Halloween.. I need to continue with the 1 lb losses every week! Good thing I finally joined the gym. Hope everyone else has a good loss this week!0 -

Thanks! I am loving the gym but finding it's more difficult than I thought to be able to find time to actually go! I was hoping I'd be able to go around 5 times a week but it's turning out to be more like 3 times a week. It's definitely better than doing workout videos at home though since it's easier to motivate myself to go to the gym than to pop in a DVD (kinda seems backwards, but the couch is too tempting at home!).0

Up 0.2 lbs yesterday (I didn't make it to the forum to post, but did weigh yesterday). I'm not feeling very well so glad it's only 0.2 lbs. Who knows what's going on inside my body. Hopefully I'll feel better soon to get back to the gym!0 -

Sorry guys i'm a day late to weigh in. But stayed the same this week. Have had a crappy week as have got myself a chest infection and have decided to turn to comfort foods and rest. But back on track once it has gone....I promise.

I am the same as you...I have eaten unhealthy too and did not weigh yesterday. But braved the scales today and put on a pound....hey ho, I'm back on track now though.

Up 0.5 lbs. Thank goodness it wasn't more! I've only been to the gym once the past almost 2 weeks and haven't been tracking all my food. I've been eating a "decent amount of calories" except on halloween, but when i'm not logging it's really easy for me to go over my daily calories and I'm sure I did a few days.
Hope everyone else has a better weigh-in. Definitely need to hit the gym tonight!0 -

Sorry I'm 2 days late for weigh-in (hectic week). I just weighed in at 137.5...so a loss of 1.5 lbs, sweet!
