    Late on reporting a little over two miles of some hill work, total slacking (and work travel) the last couple days, and a nice five miles run in cool weather today...thank goodness fall really feels like it's here now...

    well, i did .25 mile walking today and did my aquacise class. my knee is feeling ok.

    This is harder than I thought, hope I make it to 40 by the end of the month, I changed my miles from 60 to 40 also.

    well, i did .25 mile walking today and did my aquacise class. my knee is feeling ok.

    @ Incredibleshrinkingwoman - Glad to hear your knee is doing OK. You gotta protect those joints. They are so easy to injure and take so long to heal.

    @ mzblessed - You're doing really well. You're just barely off pace to do 60 for the month. Keep up the good work and don't let what seems like a lack of progress get you down.

    Okay - got in two beach walks the last two days which brings me to 16/50 for the month! Super busy these next few weeks with home repairs, painting, landscaping etc before "the season" starts - but HAVE TO make time for moi'!
