    You really need to watch out for the shampoo you use as well. That stuff can make you fat. Look at this one:

    It has a warning right on the label that it will give you extra body.

    Shampoo Warning !
    When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and Printed very clearly on the shampoo label is this warning,
    "FOR EXTRA BODY AND VOLUME."
    No wonder I have been gaining weight!
    Well! I have gotten rid of that shampoo and I am going to start showering with Fairy Liquid instead. Its label reads,
    "DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."
    Problem solved!

    Laughed out loud in the shower thinking about the poor girl's neck hurting from trying not to let the "full body / volumizing" shampoo run down her body.

    The sad part is people still believe in HCG diets... And yeah, if I stopped using lotion, I'd lose weight. Once I found a way to sluice off twenty pounds of dead skin. Gah.
