    I had same issue I had to eat a little more and every 3 hours helped

    You have slowed your metabolism way down because you are starving yourself. You need to take the advise of those who are explaining to you about eating every three hours. You should be eating the 1200 calories plus the calories you are burning. Just make sure they are good calories. Check the allowable foods on the South Beach diet and the foods to avoid. Those are some good guidelines. Stay away from highly processed foods, and empty carbs. Don't forget your calcium! Eat some yogurt or cottage cheese every day. Low fat of course. Lots of veggies and have at least 10 oz of protein everyday! Drink a lot of water. Take vitamins and get plenty of rest. Be a little patient. You need to get that metabolism going again. Frequent small meals should help a lot with that.

    Drink protein and eat a little bit more,your burning off a lot and you need to eat to burn off.
