So.....last night during my Therapy by Treadmill session, I managed to create a massive blister on the bottom of my foot. It starts in the middle of my heel on the bottom of my foot and comes all the way up the side of the foot to just under the ankle bone.:sad: :sad:
I was wearing shoes that I always use for the treadmill and this has never:noway: happened before. :grumble: It's really put a damper on my plans for today. I just hope I can get some more walking in tomorrow on the river path while the weather is so nice.:frown:
Therapy by Treadmill: It's been one of those weeks at work. I chose the treadmill over the pound of chocolate I wanted to curl up with.....at the time I thought it was the healthier choice.:laugh:0 -
