This week has been a bad week. I was going crazy over how much calories I should consume, (1400?/1500?/1700? (500 below my TDEE)/1800?) (20% below my TDEE) and I felt horrendously ugly for 2 days. Hopefully that's just because I didn't exercise for 2 straight days and my time of the month is coming =/
I gained weight but I lost inches, so the gym is doing some good! I've also started the 30 day shred so hopefully I can lose some weight there! I'm also going to just weigh myself once a day, no point getting affected by this yo-yo weight.

I don't really have a recipe, I have never tried to cook or bake anything with pumpkin but I like pumpkin muffins lol0 -
