    I am starting to get weather and arthritis issues, so put me down for 150 miles biking.

    I am having those same issues! Fortunately riding the bicycle doesn't aggravate the arthritic knee as much as running does. Can't do anything about the weather though!

    I love Challenges!!! I think since this is my first month, I would like to just set a baseline for myself and track how much a run on the treadmill. Next month, I will set a goal. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!

    I run/walk nightly already so might as well track for a challenge...

    Well - the weather is coming. I struggled to meet goal in September of 250 and October at 200 is going to be very close. So here comes the dark. I would love to have a goal I can knock out of the park and set it at 150 but the idea is to challenge myself, right? So, I'll keep it at 200. Wow - that means I need to average about 6.67 miles each day. I was feeling proud in October to pull 4 mile days. No wonder I'm not making October's goal without a fight. I'll leave it at 200 though. Its a challenge!

    I have no idea how much miles I'll cover in November, everything will depend of how my feet heals, so I'll aim for a very conservative

    30 miles for now (running only)

    but this could change during the month.

    OK... It is time to Up my miles to 125 miles.
    This will consist of Walking, Running, Hiking, elliptical, Stairmaster, Stationary bike.

    The ironic thing is that Stairmaster miles are harder to "earn" and i refuse to grade on a "curve" ... So reaching this goal will be harder this month - I am ready!

    In for 190 for November up from 160 in October...having 5 weekends in the month makes a difference!

    First time participant, this sounds like a lot of fun. Currently training for a half marathon so I am in for 90 miles in November I hope I can make it but it is a challenge.

    Take whatever your weekly average number of miles is (or what you realistically* would like them to be) and multiply by 4 (number of weeks in November).

    Also when pasting the link to your ticker, always start on a fresh new line to prevent it getting "squished" like that.
