Bumping my miles.
I have a new strength/weight lifting program, and I'll be using the stationary bike quite a lot at the gym,
so might as well count everything (running, walking, cycling, rowing). I have absolutely no idea how
much miles I'll cover, so I'll go with 150.0 -
Sign me up again. Aiming for 100 miles again this month...I WILL HIT MY GOAL!!! :happy:0

Thanks to NaNoWriMo, I'm dropping my goal down to 40 miles for November. I'll raise it back up again for December though.0

I had to drop out of the October challenge due to having pneumonia but I am back! I am only setting my goal at 50 miles because my lungs haven't fully recovered yet so this week I have only been able to do half of my normal before I am winded and wheezing. I don't want to get sick again!0

This sounds like fun, I'm already doing the Exercise Across America so I can add this to it. I'm fairly new (again) and need to build my stamina up, I'm going low so I'll commit to 30 miles for November, and if I go more BONUS!!!!0

Put me down for 50 miles. I will be on vacation for 11 days and hope to get some workouts in during that time,but I want to keep my goal low for this month.0

Was over my goal of 80 miles in October (1st challenge like this ever) I ran/walked 82.6 miles!
) I'm super proud of that.. I'm going to raise the bar a little more this month and shoot for 90 miles of walk/run in November!!
I am adding Strength training to my routine starting Monday as well.. So that + this = one heck of a FUN month!!!
